My new favorite book

I just finished what is now my most favorite book.  It has no dust jacket and no descriptive synopsis to lure you in and beg you to read.  It is a book that I cannot do justice in attempting to describe. The moment I picked it up I could not put it down.  It begins, on the cover.  You read the enclosed pages and then beautifully and painfully it ends.  I read the last page of the book, then turned it to its spine to learn the title, You Shall Know Our Velocity.
If you like really good stories and incredible writing, you'll like this.  Maybe.  Maybe you'll hate it.  It doesn't really matter. I loved the experience, the understanding of living, the pain and sorrow and arrogance and attitude and beauty of the entire thing.  It's the book that made me want to do nothing other than read every night.  I didn't want it to end.  I'll probably read it again.  I'll probably give copies to lots of people I know.  I'll keep it on my shelf forever.
