"Turkeys All Sold" November 21, 1945

Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday….that and Labor Day - workers rights!! - but, I digress…Thanksgiving!  Jeremy, Parker and I have made it our tradition to gather friends and family for a huge festive feast each year.  I've been planning out the menu, the cocktails, the desserts and the seating arrangements (well…just that there WILL be seats!).  Our tiny house has never let us down for our big dinner parties and I can't wait for this year's Thanksgiving!  I hope you're looking forward to a fun one of your own!  Isn't that photo wild!  It's the Diamond Market in downtown Pittsburgh, 1945.  I saw it on the Post-Gazette Blog today and couldn't help but share it here.
